We can only accept clients 16 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent or guardian to fill out your paperwork and waivers and they will also need to be present at your appointment. This is the only exception to the no guest rule for our facial studio.

Eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lashes when applied properly. We customize the lashes we use based on the health of your natural lashes. We believe in being transparent and if your lashes are not healthy enough for lash extensions or you are not a candidate, we will inform you right away. 

Before we place a new set, we will wash your lashes for you. After your set is completed please do not get them wet for 24 hours. After the 24 hours, please begin washing them daily or after any activities such as exercise, swimming, or steam rooms. We recommend sleeping on your back or side to prevent premature fallout. Do not curl your lashes and avoid using mascara on your lash extensions. Always use oil free products to prevent the glue used to apply extensions from breaking down. Avoid plucking or pulling out lash extensions since this can damage the health of your natural lashes.

If you experience an allergic reaction please notify us right away by calling or emailing. We will remove the lashes free of charge and recommend for you to see a physician.

Yes, although we do recommend minimizing these activities. If you wish to do so, please always wash your lashes directly after using the lash shampoo and brush supplied to you.

During your consultation with your lash artist, together you can determine the best set based on the look you wish to achieve and which will compliment your eye shape best. 

Depending on which lash artist and which style you decide on, times will vary. The average is two hours but can be more or less depending on each set.

Microcurrents mimic the body's natural currents by using weak electrical currents to stimulate the facial muscles and skin making them appear firmer, more lifted, and tightened. By doing so, it can reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It can also boost blood circulation to the face which can help reduce facial puffiness. 

Radio frequency tightens the skin and provides effective results by delivering heat to the tissue below the dermis, stimulating collagen production, and contracting fibers to tighten the affected skin. It is considered a safe and effective solution that does not require downtime and post-treatment skin care. Benefits include: stimulation of blood circulation, supports collagen production in the dermis, increases skin elasticity, firms, strengthens existing collagen fibers, and tightens.

LED light therapy is a non-invasive beauty treatment that exposes your skin to multiple colors of light energy, which is then absorbed into the surface at various depths to stimulate reactions within the skin. Light therapy enhances the skin by stimulating fibroblast collagen synthesis and expediting the production of new collagen in the skin which has anti-aging effects and reduces inflammation. This promotes cellular growth and repair and gives you a healthy, youthful glow. Other benefits include: lymphatic drainage to flush toxins, kills acne causing bacteria, lightens skin spots, promotes wound healing, and scar reduction.

Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive epidermal resurfacing procedure. Just one microdermabrasion treatment can remove the top layer of the skin. This causes the skin to repair itself and stimulate the production of new cells, boosts collagen, and leaves the skin feeling soft, smooth, and radiant. A series of treatments can improve the skin's texture and tone. It can also reduce fine wrinkles, sun damage, acne, acne scars, and enlarged pores. This treatment is recommended to be done in a series of 6-12 treatments with 2-4 weeks in between treatments.
